TIPS & HOW TO USE
FREQUENCY BALANCING INFORMATION
TO YOUR BEST ADVANTAGE

Friendly Guide to Using Frequency Boosts
We’ve developed these practical tips from years of experience with frequency technology and feedback from clients. This is an emerging field, and the potential benefits of this technology have not been established through medical clinical trials.
For more than ten years, Redland Reflexology has worked with Roger, an experienced senior IT professional specialising in data analysis and quantum energy (frequency) technology. Roger created our Frequency Balancer Boosts—playlists that combine selected frequencies, based on actual clinical experience and results. Roger also operates our Frequency Imbalance Identification services, compiling and analysing results for clinic clients. The Frequency Boosts have been refined through practical use and client feedback and are now available on this website as a wellbeing resource.
As this field is still evolving, we continue to learn from experience and client feedback. Rather than claiming expertise, we see ourselves as early professional users of quantum energy software who are building practical knowledge over time.
We are sharing our experience for general informational purposes only; it should not be considered proven medical advice. This guide explains how to use our Boosts responsibly and effectively alongside your usual healthcare.
About this rapidly evolving healthcare technology
Important: Your Health Comes First
-
Frequency Boosts do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.
-
They do not replace medical assessment, testing, treatment or advice.
-
If you have symptoms or concerns about your health, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional promptly.
-
Do not use the system if you are pregnant, or have an implanted electrical device, such as a pacemaker or defibrillator.
-
The Boosts are intended for teenagers and adults. We do not recommend them for young children or pets because we do not have clinical experience using them with these groups.
FOR BEST RESULTS – A GUIDE
Senior Frequency Balancing System Operator’s comment: There are no fixed rules for how many Boosts you can use each day. However, we have found that results may be better when you take a two-day break after five consecutive days of Boosts. The weekend can be a convenient time for this break, allowing your body time to rest and rebalance.
We have also found that moderation is best; more is not necessarily better. As a general guide, during a five-day period followed by a two-day break, typically I would use no more than two or three Preventative 30-minute Boosts, six FOCUS 10-minute Boosts, and an occasional MINI-Boost.
Australian subscribers who monitor their progress towards improved homeostasis through our Frequency Imbalance Identification service will receive Boost choice guidance from their allocated frequency balancing system operator based on their individual results.
Preventative & Remedial Boosts — 30 minutes:
These Boosts are intended to form part of a broader, longer-term remedial and preventative plan. For best results, we recommend no more than one Boost per day for five days, followed by two days without a 30-minute Boost. If needed, you may repeat the same Boost on the following day, particularly when addressing concerns such as a cold, flu, or gastritis.
FOCUS-Boosts — 10 minutes:
These Boosts mostly focus, where possible, on core frequencies and do not include associated collateral frequencies. They may be better suited to short-term symptom support than to longer-term preventative use. If needed, use no more than two per day during the same five-day period, followed by a two-day break. Using two FOCUS-Boosts will not adversely affect one Preventative 30-minute Boost used on the same day. You may repeat the same FOCUS-Boost immediately within a day if required. For example Indigestion Reflux support may need two Boosts in a row to feel noticeable benefit.
On a day where you haven't done a Preventative 30 minute Boost you can do three or four FOCUS Boosts if required.
Planning Your Boost Sessions
-
Get comfortable: Use comfortable headphones or earbuds, check the volume before you begin and choose a quiet place where possible. The volume does not need to be loud. Make it a comfortable level for yourself.
-
While listening: You may read, browse, check emails, go for a walk or do light tasks, as long as you can listen safely and without too much distraction. Sounds around you will not affect session outcome, as long as they don’t ‘drown out’ the Boost. Do not get involved in conversation. A yes or no or a few words will not affect your Boost session.
-
Complete the session where possible: It is best to listen from beginning to end. If you need to pause, restart as soon as it is convenient.
What to Expect
-
Everyone responds differently. Changes may happen gradually over several weeks or, in some cases, months. Some people may notice no immediate or short-term benefit and will need longer to reach balance.
-
Boosts will not be effective and should not be used to manage cancer, disease or other medical conditions.
-
If symptoms appear, get worse or continue, seek medical advice rather than waiting for a Boost to help.
-
Although it has yet to be proven, we believe that using the frequency balancing boosts to keep your frequencies healthy and balanced, may help to keep symptoms away before they appear.
OPTION - For Australian subscribers only
Identifying Frequency Imbalances
To identify your frequency imbalances, you can book an appointment for a scan session with an experienced Redland Reflexology frequency analyst operator. The scan session is via your mobile phone.
See more information, and access to the appointment booking link, on your Subscriber Access Dashboard page.
LIMITATIONS
We cannot and do not guarantee that a frequency boost will correct your symptoms or issues. Again, we reiterate that your frequency Boost sessions may help improve frequency patterns or imbalances associated with certain symptoms or disorders; however, Boosts are not an alternative or substitute for medical assessment, testing, or treatment.
This is new, medically unproven technology. If you have any concerns about your symptoms or health, we recommend seeing a doctor. To underline this advice, we use frequency balancing boosts alongside medical advice and care as needed.
Operator Observations, Tips and General Information
As it is still early days in the rapidly evolving world of frequency healthcare, please note that the following thoughts, observations and comments have not been proven in medical clinical studies - and may be incorrect.
-
The following statements are supported by scientific evidence -
“Frequencies can influence biological systems.”
“Different frequencies can produce different biological responses.” -
Healthcare practitioners around the world already use different forms of frequency technology:
-
Low frequency: Physiotherapists in the UK, Switzerland and Italy use this newer technology. Healthcare practitioners in the USA also use it, including some neurosurgeons for postoperative recovery. We use the same type of low-frequency technology.
-
Medium frequency: Ultrasound uses medium-frequency technology to collect data and create images for referring healthcare professionals.
-
High frequency: High-frequency technology, including the more recently developed histotripsy, is used to remove cancerous tissue from areas such as the liver and pancreas. It is FDA approved and is used in hospitals across more than 18 US states.
-
-
Frequency Balancer Boosts use low-frequency sound waves, like those heard in music, and are described as natural and safe.
-
Frequency health is measured by their vibration.
Fast = indicates inflammation heading towards dysfunction
Slow = dysfunction -
Frequency balancing is not a quick fix.
-
Over time, you may find that you respond better to some Frequency Support Boosts than others.
-
Your response will also change as your overall frequency balance improves and your immune system is under less strain.
-
Frequency Balancer Boosts are like taking two steps forward and one back. So be patient as it is a gradual process.
-
After decades of wear and tear it will take time to correct the associated frequency imbalances, to bring your body back into balance.
-
Frequency Balancer Boosts will support a gradual, natural process of correcting frequency imbalances.
-
Premium+ Subscribers have access to around 80+ frequency-balancing Boosts. Each contains core and related frequencies associated with the selected Boost. We select these frequencies from professional clinical experience, client feedback and data analysis of results collected over the years.
-
We developed our Frequency Boosts as a cost-effective and easy way to help you self-correct frequency imbalances throughout the body.
-
Disorders and diseases do not have an identifiable frequency, so they cannot be corrected with Frequency Boosts or optimisation. However, body components affected by a disorder do have frequencies showing related frequency imbalances that in some cases can be corrected.
-
From our data analysis of clients Frequency Imbalance Identification results we know that disorders can affect frequencies. We have also observed that, in some cases, an uncorrected frequency imbalance may contribute to certain disorders.
-
We believe that maintaining balanced frequencies may make it harder for some concerns associated with fungi, viruses, bacteria or parasites to take hold and produce symptoms.
-
Medically diagnosed disorders are often reflected in frequency imbalances in related body components.
-
Everyone responds differently to frequency balancing. Your response may depend on factors such as lifestyle, diet, immune-system health and the frequencies being targeted.
-
Be patient as it appears that most Boosts require several Boosts before noticeable benefits are reported.
-
Weight Loss is generally very gradual, requires many sessions and will not work unless combined with appropriate exercise and food control. The body needs to firstly be in a well balanced state before any positive results are observed.
-
After a Frequency Balancer Boost, some women who describe themselves as sensitive may notice changes from Remedial Boosts immediately, while men report this less often.
-
Some frequency correction Boosts may produce noticeable results after fewer sessions, while others may take much longer. Other unaddressed imbalances may need attention before the target frequencies improve.
-
If you use Remedial Boosts and the issue settles, we suggest one or more follow-up Boosts to help maintain the result.
-
Do not use the Energy Boost or Chronic Fatigue Energy Boost and Sleep Support Boost together as they contradict. For best results, separate them by a few days.
-
If necessary, you may pause a Boost and restart where you stopped, or restart from the beginning if you paused near the start. However, it is best to let the Boost run from beginning to end.
-
Mechanical damage to the body does not appear to improve, although surrounding tissues, including connective tissue and muscles, may become stronger. For example, rotator-cuff shoulder injuries may improve and pain may ease. Arthritis and prolapse may stabilise and not worsen, but the damaged components will not return to normal.
-
The body is in a state of constant change, and we often live successfully with temporary frequency imbalances.
-
We believe symptoms and a disorder may develop when the immune system is unable to return those frequency imbalances to normal.
-
Frequency Boosts cannot correct cancer or disease. It may improve frequency imbalances in organs and body elements associated with or affected by cancer or disease, such as the lymph glands. Correcting these imbalances has not been proven in medical clinical trials to stabilise or eliminate cancer or disease. Medical research is needed into this aspect.
-
If possible, we recommend using the Stress & Anxiety Boost every fortnight. Even if you do not notice symptoms, stress is part of everyday life. We understand that many leading medical authorities, including the American Medical Association, recognise stress as a contributor to many disorders. After a few months of Stress & Anxiety Boosts, many clients tell us they feel calmer and better able to manage stressful situations.
-
Each body element may involve multiple frequencies, and all elements are interconnected.
-
Correcting one frequency imbalance may trigger a positive chain reaction of corrections across the body.
-
If an imbalance continues, it may lead to causing other related imbalances.
-
Frequency imbalances often appear before symptoms are noticed.
-
Frequencies imbalances increase when a person is in unfamiliar surroundings and exposed to different bacteria, molds, fungus, viruses etc..
-
Temporary frequency imbalances may also be caused by stress, illness, travel, environmental exposure or increased physical demands.
